TH ring chain bucket elevator:

TH series ring chain bucket elevator is used to transport powder,granular,non-abrasive and semi-abrasive materials.TH series ring chain bucket elevator adopts mixed or gravity type to unload and scooping type to load.Middle cabinet divides into single and double channels types.Both of the two types adopt constant force automatic tensioning device based on hammer case.With the  combination sprocket whose wheel rim is replaceable,it is easy for the changing work of the wheel rim and also has long service life. The underpart is equipped by gravity automatic tensioning device, so that it can maintain a constant tension to avoid slipping off the chain. And meanwhile the concession of the bucket getting stuck because of casual factors effectively protect the component like bottom shaft.The product is suitable for transporting powder,granular and abrasive materials whose density is less than 1.5 t/M³,for example coal,cement,gravel,sand,fertilizer,grain etc.The temperature of the material being transported is below 250 ?,the lifting height is under 50 M and the capacity is under 365 M³/H.
